About the role
We're hiring a Senior Finance Associate to build Naphora's finance function from scratch. This is an opportunity to create, not inherit: not a back-office seat, but a builder who works side by side with leadership.
We make hybrid-casual mobile games and are aiming for the global top tier. You will build the financial spine of the studio: the structure, systems and numbers behind every game, every user acquisition dollar and every portfolio decision.
This is a remote role, working in alignment with our Saudi Arabia schedule (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM KSA time), reporting to our Managing Director.
What you'll own
Finance structure and systems
- Build the finance function from the ground up: structure, processes, controls and tools
- Run the day-to-day yourself: bookkeeping, payments, payroll with HR, month-end close and reporting
- Keep ad accounts and company cards funded on time, so campaigns never stop for lack of funds
UA economics
- Own the math behind user acquisition: CPI, LTV, ROAS, payback and cohort analysis
- Work with the UA team on budgets and return targets by game, channel and country
Revenue architecture
- Model and track revenue across ads, in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Report each game's P&L, and flag what is working and what is not
Portfolio and strategy
- Build the models behind portfolio bets: which games to scale, stop or launch
- Support valuations and prepare investor materials
- Be a strategic partner to leadership, bringing the numbers into every big decision
What we're looking for
- A builder, not a manager of other people's work: you create structure and do the hands-on work yourself
- Fluent in hybrid-casual mobile games
- Sharp on mobile gaming economics: UA, LTV, ROAS, payback, cohorts and monetisation across ads, in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Strong financial modelling: game, portfolio and company-level models, forecasts and scenarios
- 5+ years in finance, with experience in mobile gaming
- Clear under pressure, with high ownership
- Clear written and spoken English, and comfortable working remotely on KSA hours
Our existing finance team will hand over company-specific processes, tools and local requirements.

Nice to have

- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CMA
- Arabic or Turkish language skills
