About the role

About Us

The United States has the poorest maternal and birth outcomes of all developed countries with the underserved, Black, Brown, Indigenous communities disproportionately affected. Nadia Care is working to drastically change the experience of affected communities by reimagining how we deliver meaningful and compassionate care to expectant moms.

Nadia Care’s mission is to improve pregnancy, birth and the postpartum journey for women and their families by reimagining how maternity care is delivered. Our team is focused on building trust-based engagement and wrap-around support for expectant moms at home, in person and virtually to ensure they have all the social support they need for a successful and joyful pregnancy journey. We help our members with care navigation, doula support, assistance with lactation, nutrition, housing, transportation and a wide range of other needs. We leverage technology to support our virtual engagement that allows us to meet all our moms where they are.

We ensure that our members have trusted sources for support, resources, and information throughout their pregnancy, delivery and well into postpartum. Nadia Care does not replace the primary obstetrician or doctor’s relationships. Instead, we support expectant mothers with all other health-related social needs not typically available through their doctors’ offices.

Our Values

  • Empathy is at the heart of everything we do. We must always center the experiences of the mothers and families we serve, as well as support and uplift one another.
  • Collaboration is what makes us stronger. We achieve the greatest impact when we work together, share knowledge, and elevate each other’s strengths.
  • Resilience reflects our ability to push through challenges, adapt in a fast-changing environment, and remain committed to our mission no matter the obstacles.

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Field Recruiter (Bilingual - Spanish) to join our People team. In this role, you will be dedicated to recruiting our care team roles, focusing primarily on our specialist contractors (Birth Doulas, Lactation Consultants, and Registered Dietitians), while supporting Care Team staffing as needed (Maternity Navigators, Registered Nurses).

As part of a dynamic, three-person recruiting team, you will work closely alongside the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to ensure a world-class candidate experience. You will serve as an essential field presence, partnering closely with our Marketing team to co-host and leverage local community events, job fairs, and networking functions that increase Nadia Care's market presence while building robust talent pipelines.

This role requires someone based in one of our core markets (Nashville, Memphis, Baltimore, D.C.) with a strong background in remote work that involves regular travel (at least 2x a week) and support evening and weekend events. You will report directly to the Head of People with a dotted line to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Dedicated Contractor & Care Team Recruiting
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for specialist contractors (Birth Doulas, Lactation Consultants, and Registered Dietitians) and support staffing for core Care Team roles (Maternity Navigators, Registered Nurses) as needed.
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies across specialized job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, local community networks, and healthcare training organizations.
  • Conduct initial video interviews in both English and Spanish, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview logistics to ensure a seamless, "white-glove" experience.
  • Field Outreach & Strategic Partnerships
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external partners, local training programs, community health organizations, and professional associations to establish grassroots talent pipelines.
  • Travel across local market areas to represent Nadia Care at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and community expos, serving as an energetic advocate for our brand.
  • Manage external postings across specialized health boards, university job portals, and niche community platforms.
  • Team Collaboration & Operations
  • Collaborate seamlessly within a three-person talent team (alongside the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and Specialist, Talent Acquisition - Care Team) to streamline candidate touchpoints and share talent pools.
  • Partner with the Field Manager of Community & Provider Partnerships to share connections and co-attend applicable events
  • Maintain precise candidate data, candidate communication logs, and real-time pipeline reporting within Greenhouse.
  • Lead reference checks for finalist candidates and support broader People Operations and company culture initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required (both written and spoken).
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, university/campus recruiting, or field account management with a focus on external relationship building.
  • Background in or familiarity with healthcare, clinical recruitment, or specialized contractor sourcing is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with state credentialing verification platforms (TN Health, Nursys, etc)
  • Proven experience working successfully in a remote role that requires regular travel for field events, job fairs, and community outreach.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing external partnerships and managing multi-channel posting strategies across external job boards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset; you build trust quickly and represent the brand with warmth and authority.
  • High adaptability and initiative; you thrive in "building the plane while flying it" and proactively solve operational gaps.
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Calendly, and G Suite preferred.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

This is a full-time exempt position with a pay range between $70,000 - $80,000. Exact compensation will depend on direct and relevant experience.
