About the role

OKX will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa.

Who We Are

At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.

OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.

About the Opportunity

You will be joining a team at the intersection of strategic execution and executive operations. This hybrid role combines program management ownership with high-touch executive support, working closely with senior leadership to drive critical initiatives and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare the CEO for key meetings: Develop concise briefings and coordinate pre-read materials covering the purpose, background, key discussion points, relevant data and decisions required. Identify missing information and obtain clarification before meetings.
  • Manage strategic meetings end-to-end: Coordinate agendas, participants, meeting sequencing and material submission deadlines. Consolidate presentations and review them for clarity, completeness, consistent messaging, formatting and obvious discrepancies before circulation.
  • Drive post-meeting follow-through: Prepare accurate meeting notes and decision records; translate agreed outcomes into specific actions with accountable owners, deliverables and deadlines. Maintain an action tracker, follow up regularly and escalate delays or unresolved issues.
  • Track the CEO’s priority projects: Work across functions to monitor milestones, dependencies and delivery commitments. Provide concise progress updates highlighting risks, blockers and matters requiring leadership intervention.
  • Filter and synthesise information: Distil reports, feedback and requests into clear sk lummaries of what the CEO needs to decide or know. Prioritise by urgency and business impact, highlighting the decision required, available options and relevant context.
  • Coordinate external engagements: Manage invitations, responses and preparation for engagements with business partners, regulators, media, investors and industry conferences. Conduct preliminary reviews of interview briefs, publicity materials and correspondence, coordinating review and approval by the relevant functions before release.
  • Deliver proactive executive support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meeting logistics and expenses, aligning time allocation with priorities and anticipating scheduling conflicts and preparation needs.
  • Improve CEO office workflows: Establish practical systems for briefing preparation, information management, project tracking and follow-up. Use approved AI and automation tools to improve efficiency while protecting confidential information and verifying outputs.

What We Look For In You

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and coordinating complex meetings or cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong business judgement and prioritisation skills, with the ability to distinguish routine coordination from matters requiring the CEO’s attention.
  • Excellent written communication and information synthesis skills; able to turn complex or fragmented inputs into concise, accurate briefings.
  • Strong execution discipline, with a track record of translating decisions into actions, tracking commitments and escalating issues early.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, obtaining timely inputs and challenging incomplete or inconsistent information professionally.
  • Exceptional discretion and care when handling sensitive executive, employee, customer and external stakeholder matters.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to interpret key data and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
  • An AI-forward working style, using approved tools responsibly and critically reviewing outputs before use.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across the region.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for leadership meetings and regional site visits.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!
