  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations and actions for business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, generative AI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation to improve process performance and business outcomes.
  • Define business requirements, success measures, and expected outcomes for AI-enabled process optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with Data & AI Intelligence and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Apply process intelligence tools, including Celonis, to support process analysis, use case development, and value realization.
  • Evaluate relevant capabilities across enterprise platforms, including Celonis, SAP, Databricks, and Microsoft, to identify opportunities that support business priorities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and support process governance and value realization forums.
  • Develop repeatable methodologies, playbooks, and frameworks that strengthen ASM's internal process intelligence and value realization capabilities.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance, operations management, supply chain, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, consulting, or value realization.
  • Experience with Celonis Process Intelligence, process mining, process optimization, or related capabilities.
  • Relevant experience with SAP Signavio process tools or comparable process intelligence and process mining platforms will also be considered.

What sets you apart

  • Experience identifying or developing AI, generative AI, agentic AI, or intelligent automation use cases for enterprise processes.
  • Experience with enterprise technology platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Databricks, Salesforce, Teamcenter, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, change management, process governance, or execution management.
  • Experience contributing to large-scale business or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience in the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industry.
