You will be part of an agile engineering team working on enterprise-grade platforms used across regulated and high-impact environments.

This role involves end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and hands-on development across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build scalable and maintainable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
  • Implement business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
  • Apply best practices in Salesforce architecture, governor limits management, and performance optimization.

Integration & Platform Services

  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
  • Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth-based integrations.
  • Support event-driven and API-based integrations within enterprise environments.

Quality, Security & Deployment

  • Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
  • Implement Salesforce security best practices including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments using tools such as Git, Salesforce DX, and DevOps platforms.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers where applicable.

The Ideal Candidate Has

  • Preferably more than 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience delivering solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and platform limits.
  • Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
