About the role

  • Work with Project Leads, customers and business owners to provide technical thought leadership, identify potential improvements and contribute to continuous improvement. • Complete and review implementation plans, technical documentation and procedures for the installation and ongoing maintenance of systems.
  • Monitor system performance and availability, install and test new or modified software, and analyse and resolve operating system and application issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members, contribute to design, estimation and planning activities, and effectively communicate progress, risks and solutions to relevant stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, documentation, testing, and delivery outcomes.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
