Technology is central to this evolution. We are transforming our digital platforms and building globally scalable solutions across our mobile applications, internal platforms and third-party services.

You will bridge the gap between Product and Engineering, turning product ideas into clear functional, system and data requirements. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architecture and Data teams, you will ensure features are clearly defined and ready for development..

The Role

• Give the business one single, current view of what is landing and when, across every team contributing to a project.
• Make cross-team dependencies visible and owned, so handovers never fall through the cracks between boards.
• Turn release sequencing across product, data, QA and IT into a maintained, trusted schedule rather than something pieced together by conversation.
• Build real confidence in external partner progress by verifying the evidence behind a status, not just accepting it.
• Take clear, personal ownership of risks and blockers through to resolution.
• Free up design, product and engineering time for higher-value work by taking the chasing of dependencies off their plate.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or Project Manager delivering cross-team, cross-system digital change.
• Track record of managing external vendors, implementation and service partners against committed milestones - including verifying the evidence behind reported progress, not just accepting it.
• Experience owning a RAID log and a release schedule across multiple delivery streams, not just reporting on one.
• Comfortable mapping and managing dependencies across product, engineering, data and IT teams, and unblocking them without waiting for escalation.
• Experience planning and running pilots - cohort/site selection, environments, training, entry and exit criteria, rollback.
• Confident, concise reporting to steering and leadership forums.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies - planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros.
• Experience working closely with Product Design and Research teams within digital product delivery, with an understanding of how discovery, research, design, validation and engineering need to sequence and overlap.
• Experience within membership, subscription, health and fitness, retail or multi-country digital platforms would be advantageous. Exposure to Azure services, mobile applications or data and AI products would also be beneficial.
