About the Role

Hello Heart is growing and looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Client Reporting to join our Data Science and Analytics group and help drive business decisions across the company. In this role, you will focus primarily on client reporting, clinical outcomes analysis, and the data insights that help our Customer Success and go-to-market teams demonstrate Hello Heart’s impact to clients.

Reporting into our Manager, Data Analytics, you will work closely with analysts, data scientists, and engineers across the data team. You will also partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Medical Affairs, and other go-to-market teams to deliver accurate, actionable reporting for internal stakeholders and external client audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create, maintain, and present high-quality client reporting materials for Hello Heart clients, including Fortune 500 customers, that highlight clinical outcomes, engagement, impact, and return on investment.
  • Summarize and analyze clinical outcomes, feature usage, engagement trends, and data patterns to support compelling client, marketing, and commercial materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Medical Affairs, to understand business needs and deliver actionable analyses.
  • Define and manage data collection requirements across systems and functions to enable consistent reporting, analysis, and insight generation.
  • Use SQL to build, update, optimize, and maintain complex queries and reporting workflows that support client reporting and broader go-to-market decision-making.
  • Build and maintain robust, interactive dashboards that enable self-service reporting for Customer Success, go-to-market, and product teams.
  • Proactively explore data to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities that can improve client outcomes, business growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and presentations for diverse audiences, including executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting, improve data quality, and scale reporting processes through SQL, AI, and modern analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience using generative AI and agent-based tools to improve productivity, automate repeatable workflows, accelerate analysis, and strengthen reporting quality.
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL, reporting, data analysis, visualization, or a related analytics role.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including experience building, updating, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries for business reporting.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools, such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Redash, or similar platforms.
  • Professional experience supporting client reporting, customer success analytics, go-to-market analytics, value analytics, or business operations analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with medical claims data, clinical outcomes data, healthcare data, or digital health data.
  • Experience with Python, R, MATLAB, or other data and statistical analysis tools.
  • Experience working with data pipelines or data engineering tools, such as Apache Airflow or Databricks.
  • Experience preparing executive-ready data visualizations, client business reviews, or customer-facing analytics presentations.
  • Experience with dbt and modern cloud data warehouses, with the ability to build and maintain reliable, well-documented data models.
