In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our internal Engineering, Product Development, and Sales teams. You will manage customer projects from planning through successful delivery, foster trusted partnerships, and ensure that our solutions create tangible business value.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead complex customer projects and act as the primary point of contact for our enterprise customers.
  • Coordinate collaboration between customers, our NeuraGyms, and internal Engineering, Software Development, AI, and Sales teams.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring successful implementation both within our NeuraGyms and at customer or partner sites.
  • Communicate transparently with technical and executive stakeholders across multiple locations, facilitating workshops and project alignment meetings.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and challenges, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to develop effective solutions.
  • Support the growth of existing customer relationships and collaborate closely with Sales to identify and develop additional business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise customer engagements and navigating demanding stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong technical understanding of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, with the ability to translate customer requirements into successful cross-functional execution.
  • A structured, organized, and customer-focused working style with strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience in robotics (software and AI), automation, or a comparable technology environment is considered a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with established project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar frameworks is desirable.
