  • Coordinate lab scheduling and demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts, based on lab availability.
  • Prepare and manage documentation required to support product certifications, ensuring full compliance with product release milestones.
  • Work independently on assigned compliance projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and external labs.
  • Track regulatory changes and proactively update compliance processes and product certifications as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in handling product compliance for optical transceivers or related electronic hardware, including EMC, safety, RoHS, WEEE, and GR468 standards.
  • Strong knowledge of EMC and safety standards for IT devices/equipment.
  • Proven ability to create and manage relationships with both local and global test labs to support certification efforts.
  • Comfortable with working shifts, as required by lab scheduling.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
