About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and implement IT projects for Investment Products and Wealth Management
- Manage end-to-end project processes, including documentation, progress tracking, status reporting, and effective escalation
- Collaborate with users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation, and testing
- Monitor project progress and communicate key milestones and issues to the project team
- Identify project dependencies and potential risks, taking proactive measures to resolve issues and mitigate risks
- Troubleshoot technical problems, propose solutions, and collaborate with developers or external parties to resolve complex issues
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Studies, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in Application Development
- Prior experience with investment products or wealth management or sales process is advantageous
- Strong presentation, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Strong command of Chinese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Technology Manager
