We have already founded 4 companies. Our ventures are independent business units that benefit from each other’s technologies, expertise, and market access to become even more successful: adjoe is developing a breakthrough mobile advertising solution that enables app publishers around the world to grow their advertising revenues. justDice is the market leader in Mobile Gaming Loyalty Programs. Sunday is a next-generation hybrid casual mobile game publisher. And justtrack offers unique software to automate the entire mobile user acquisition process. Yet more to come.

Find the whole world in one office. Boost your career with awesome people!

What you will do

  • 1. Stakeholder Management
  • You are a peer to our MDs, VPs of Sales, and Founders. You don't just take orders; you provide high-level talent advisory.
  • Leverage our internal Talent Intelligence team for deep industry data and competitive mapping to guide leadership on hiring feasibility and organizational design.
  • Drive the hiring process by aligning role requirements with business goals, ensuring every hire moves the needle for the company’s bottom line.
  • Act as the critical link between complex go-to-market plans and the human capital needed to execute them.
  • 2. Talent Engagement
  • The best talent isn't looking for a job; you are the one who finds them.
  • Use creative networking to track down talent across the Americas.
  • Craft bespoke outreach strategies that resonate with senior go-to-market talent, selling the vision of the group’s existing success stories.
  • Partner with our internal teams to manage the seamless relocation and integration of hires into our local hubs across the Americas.
  • 3. AI Workflow
  • We believe the future of recruiting is hybrid. We don't expect you to be an AI researcher, but we expect you to be fearless with the tech.
  • Be exceptionally comfortable utilizing existing AI-driven sourcing and screening tools to maximize your output.
  • Participate in the experimentation and "building" of new internal AI workflows to keep our TA engine at the absolute cutting edge.

Who you are

  • Experience: 7+ years of total recruiting experience in SaaS or Technology, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically as a Senior Business Recruiter working on high-visibility, high-impact roles.
  • Background: Ideally, you have an agency or go-to-market background.
  • Mindset: You treat sourcing like a research project. You are relentless in your pursuit of talent.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to high-level stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in an environment where performance is measured by impact, not activity. You value feedback and constant iteration.

Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions

  • Invest in Your Future: You’ll join a high-performing, rapidly scaling global company with a clear vision, while directly influencing the company’s trajectory and sharing in its success. We’re committed to your growth through regular feedback, mentoring, and our development programs. You’ll expand your skillset and build a long-term career at adjoe.
  • Easy Arrival to adjoe: From signing to settling in Boston, we’ve got you and your family covered, including a relocation package and personal support to help you build your life here, making your move smooth and stress-free.
  • Live Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond: Flexible hours, remote Fridays, and 30 vacation days. You’ll also have three weeks of remote work each year, wellness reimbursement, and mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Future & Financial Health Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans as well as 401K match program.

Our mission is to create an inspiring work environment for amazing people to achieve extraordinary things. Be part of it!

Skip writing cover letters. Tell us about your most passionate personal project, your desired salary, and your earliest possible start date. We are looking forward to your application!

We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
