About the role

Who We Are

At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.

About the Opportunity

As a Senior Business Analytics Manager, you'll use data to strengthen Compliance across three priorities: Trusted Data, Growth Enablement, and Proactive Risk Prevention. You'll help ensure that regulatory reports, audit responses, and legal evidence are reliable, traceable, and reusable, while transforming customer, transaction, and financial data into actionable insights.

You'll partner with Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to build trusted data foundations, automate recurring requests, and create metrics that reveal operational effectiveness and compliance friction. You'll also conduct root cause and control-gap analysis, help remove compliance-related business roadblocks, support market and licensing initiatives, and surface risks before they are identified externally.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Facilitate and govern internal and external data requests across OKX global entities, ensuring timely, first-time-right delivery for regulatory reporting, audits and exams, and legal evidence.
  • Build and maintain request records, evidence and definition libraries, and data-governance records to improve data reliability, traceability, and reusability.
  • Productize high-frequency recurring requests into automated or self-service data pipelines, improving turnaround time and cost efficiency.
  • Build and automate Compliance dashboards based on North Star metrics as well as input and guardrail metrics to provide transparency into operational effectiveness, customer and platform risk, and business friction.
  • Conduct deep-dive, root-cause, and control-bypass analyses to proactively identify and prevent compliance risks.
  • Partner with Compliance, Business, Marketing, and local market teams to remove compliance-related roadblocks in current operations and support new markets, licences, applications, and market-access assessments.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to continuously improve data pipelines and analytics products.

What We Look For In You

  • Relevant working experience of at least 7 years. (must)
  • Proficiency in database management systems like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. (must)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. (must)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. (must)
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and AI tools. (nice to have)
  • Strong compliance domain knowledge, including KYC, AML, the Travel Rule, insider trading controls, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. (nice to have)
  • Experience supporting regulatory reporting, regulatory examinations, and internal or external audits. (nice to have)
  • Preferred industries are Fintech, Digital Payment, Tech companies. (nice to have)

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
