  • Collaborate with project teams on testing strategies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration activities, cutover planning, and rollback procedures.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and challenge proposed solutions when business justification is unclear.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decision points to leadership and project sponsors.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior Business Analysts.
  • Support change management initiatives and business readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated experience authoring Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders throughout the requirements lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, production, or shopfloor environments.
  • Experience supporting at least one enterprise application migration, modernization, replacement, or implementation through go-live.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Kinston, NC.

Preferred Qualifications
