  • Collaborate with IOC and IPC partners to coordinate knowledge transfer activities and resolve questions about content collection and delivery.
  • Create internal communications and contribute to knowledge-sharing opportunities that help teammates access information and learn across the organization.

Required Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of equivalent experience in knowledge transfer, content management, or organizational learning.
  • 4+ years of experience in project and/or process management, with working knowledge of project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams, complete project tasks, and support compliance with organizational processes, with superb attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicating with varied audiences and influencing without formal authority to support cross-functional delivery.
  • Proficiency with data management and analysis, organizing information accurately and maintaining reliable records to support content collection and transfer activities.

Valued Experience

  • Experience using Smartsheet to support project and information management.
  • Experience with data collection and management, logistics, and/or warehousing.
  • Experience supporting knowledge transfer and/or organizational learning initiatives.
  • Experience working at a previous Games or multi-sport event.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, self-direction, and team-first co-creation without ego.

What We Offer

  • Contribute to the knowledge legacy of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
  • Gain cross-functional exposure through content initiatives and international knowledge-sharing relationships.
  • Develop transferable skills in project coordination, information management, and organizational learning.
  • Work with teammates who value integrity, inclusion, co-creation, and shared success.
