  • Design and implement highly efficient and scalable algorithmic solutions to power decision-making systems under large-scale, real-world operational demands.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to translate complex algorithmic insights into practical, impactful solutions.

About You

  • Advanced degree (M.Sc. or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Significant research background and hands-on experience developing algorithms
  • 3–4+ years of experience implementing algorithms in practical, production-scale systems.
  • Analytical thinker who can extract the essential elements of complex, real-world problems and convert them into actionable models.
  • Hands-on coder with experience in Python (or similar) and the ability to turn ideas into working solutions.
  • Naturally curious, fast-learning, and collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Joining a global employer with over 700 mobility deployments in 40+ countries.
