Responsibilities

  • Support senior management in developing business strategies for new customer segments, with emphasis on customer acquisition and value growth. Identify prospective clients, enhance product profitability, increase penetration and cross-selling efficiency, and foster primary banking relationships. Align with annual team goals by expanding diverse account opening channels to improve the volume and quality of new customer acquisition.

  • Promote an effective sales management framework for customer segments, maintain strong coordination with all sales units, analyze performance and adoption across channels, and facilitate cross-level and cross-channel collaboration to ensure successful execution of marketing plans and management directives.
  • Support the creation of standardized sales tools—such as sales guides, KYC checklists, and account opening reminders—to boost frontline sales efficiency and compliance. Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to strengthening the sales team’s expertise and execution capabilities.

  • Focus on streamlining the account opening process by monitoring data and addressing key bottlenecks like backlogs and approval delays. Implement real-time alerts and collaboration protocols to reduce processing time and improve customer experience. Advance the new customer journey by shifting specific offline account openings to fully digital processes, increasing operational efficiency and customer quality.
  • Proactively explore new customer acquisition channels, expand referral networks, attract various types of small enterprise clients, and meet new customer growth objectives.
  • Leverage internal and external big data analytics and modeling tools to refine customer segmentation, accurately identify customer potential and product needs, effectively drive customer development and realization of opportunities, and continuously strengthen customer retention, quality, and overall revenue contribution.
