About the role

About Warp

Warp is the AI-native Employee Management Platform for ambitious companies. HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT, tax compliance, and more, all built from scratch on one AI-native platform.

Every company runs on its people, and the software that manages them is some of the oldest in the enterprise. Incumbents like ADP and Workday built their businesses on complexity and large ops teams. Warp is built for AI to be the primary operator. Every advance in LLM capability widens our lead.

We process $X billion in annual payments for high-growth companies across all 50 US states + globally.

We've raised $85M from Battery Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, Peak XV, Sound Ventures (Ashton Kutcher), and Y Combinator, alongside operators including Tobi Lütke (Shopify), Claire Hughes Johnson (Stripe), and the founders of Dropbox and Replit. Our team comes from MIT, Ramp, Brex, Google, Gusto, Rippling, and more.

We hire people who ship constantly, own outcomes, and care about craft. If you want to automate an entire category of work that every company depends on, this is the place.

About The Role

We're hiring an SDR Manager to help scale one of the fastest-growing teams at Warp. You'll lead a team responsible for creating qualified pipeline through outbound, coach SDRs into great sellers, and help build the hiring, ramp, and operating systems we need as the team grows from 20 to 50+.

Our SDR team went from 0 to 20 in under nine months and has hit target eight months in a row. Four SDRs have earned promos in the last quarter. You'll help us build on that foundation while keeping the team fast and ambitious.

What You'll Do

  • Own your team's pipeline creation targets and coach SDRs to consistently meet or exceed them
  • Recruit, hire, and ramp SDRs as the organization grows from 70 to 200+
  • Run a rigorous coaching cadence across call reviews, one-on-ones, prospecting sessions, and performance plans
  • Develop SDRs into future AEs and leaders, with clear expectations and promotion criteria
  • Improve outbound plays across account selection, messaging, cold calling, sequencing, and follow-up
  • Use conversion data and call quality to diagnose performance gaps and decide where to coach
  • Partner with Sales, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps on targeting, campaigns, routing, and pipeline quality
  • Build repeatable onboarding, enablement, reporting, and management processes that work at a larger scale
  • Stay close to the work: listen to calls, test new approaches, and help the team solve problems in real time

What You Need

  • At least 1.5 years of experience directly leading a BDR or SDR team
  • Prior experience as a BDR or SDR with a strong understanding of outbound prospecting
  • Track record of helping a team consistently hit pipeline targets
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and coaching reps at different stages of their careers
  • Ability to distinguish between gaps in skill, activity, targeting, and process
  • Experience with a modern outbound stack (Outreach, Salesforce, Orum, and Clay)
  • A player-coach mentality
  • High ownership and adaptability in a fast-growing startup

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling an SDR organization through rapid headcount growth
  • Experience managing SDR team leads or developing reps into their first leadership roles
  • Experience using AI and enrichment tools to improve prospecting quality and rep productivity
  • Experience building outbound motions for high-growth B2B SaaS customers

Benefits at Warp

  • 100% Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependents.
  • 401(k) Matching: Start investing in your future from day one.
  • Flexible PTO: We offer uncapped flexible PTO, meaning you’re trusted to take the time you need to recharge while balancing your responsibilities and team commitments.
  • Commuter Benefits: Pre-tax commuter benefits for your daily trip to our NYC office.
  • Catered Lunch Daily: Great food, every day, on us. No meal prep, no decision fatigue.
  • Quarterly Offsites: Beautiful locations to connect as a team. Past locations include Spain, Catskills, and San Francisco.

Warp is based in New York City, and most of our team works together in-office 5x per week. Please refer to the top of this page for this position's hiring location and working model.
