About the Role

School Advisor serves as the face of Think Academy, creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current families. This role combines educational consultation, student assessment, customer relationship management, and enrollment conversion.

  • Clearly communicate academic recommendations and program benefits to families.

2. Enrollment & Family Relationship Management

  • Guide families through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to registration.
  • Follow up with prospective families and trial students to maximize enrollment conversion.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with parents and provide continuous support throughout the student's learning journey.
  • Address parent concerns and provide solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track leads, consultations, enrollments, and follow-up activities in a timely manner.

3. Front Desk Operations & Customer Experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, and students.
  • Manage student check-in/check-out procedures and daily front desk operations.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional campus environment.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with parents and students throughout the day.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to build trust and convert consultations into enrollments.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about education and helping students succeed.
