About the role
A global SAP consulting leader, Westernacher Consulting has been delivering successful business transformation projects for over 55 years. With more than 30 years as an SAP Gold Partner and a presence across 28 countries, we combine deep industry expertise with global delivery capabilities. As we continue to strengthen our team in Southeast Asia, we are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Lead to lead strategic transformation programs and drive successful project delivery across local, regional, and global engagements.
How you will make an impact
- Build trust and long-term relationships with key clients across the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SAP solutions and services.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored SAP solutions that solve real business challenges.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and reports to leadership.
- Drive growth with existing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Engage in consultative selling turning business challenges into IT-enabled opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal practice leaders to deliver customer success.
- Serve as the single point of contact for operational matters (e.g AR, SOW).
- Report regularly to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Your Expertise
- Proven experience selling SAP consulting services, SAP implementation projects, or SAP managed services.
- Strong network within the SAP ecosystem, including experience working with SAP sales teams and alliance partners.
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise and CXO-level relationships.
- Experience selling across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
