  • Champion solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and reduce technical debt, showcasing an architectural mindset.
  • Lead configuration efforts, setting the team up for success by championing best practices and naming conventions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to define the interaction between declarative configurations and custom code.
  • Mentor and guide junior configurators, resolving blockers and serving as a technical escalation point.
  • Actively prepare for and lead client discussions, offering strategic technical recommendations with a focus on business value.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com.
  • 4+ years of systems consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of key business processes such as Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Excellent Salesforce configurator.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, supported by strong communication skills.
  • Well-organized, results-driven, and eager to solve difficult problems.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for team events as needed.
  • Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
