  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a complex, enterprise environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security model, automation tools, reporting, and data management.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and delivering Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce integrations and data synchronization processes.

  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Approval Processes, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning Experience customization.
  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Salesforce development concepts.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
  • Experience in insurance, employee benefits, financial services, or a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot, or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
