About the role

Noctrix Health is redefining the treatment of chronic neurological disorders with clinically validated therapeutic wearables. Our team of medical device specialists, neuroscientists, and consumer electronics engineers is dedicated to delivering prescription-grade therapy with an outstanding user experience. We have pioneered the world’s first drug-free wearable therapy, clinically proven to alleviate symptoms in adults with drug-resistant Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). Be part of our mission to transform healthcare, improve lives, and drive meaningful change with Noctrix Health.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Representative to support the operational success and growth of Nidra Therapy. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate processing of patient orders and serving as a key liaison between healthcare providers, clinic staff, and internal teams. You will collect and review patient documentation, coordinate order follow-ups, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for referring clinics and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with healthcare providers and clinic staff via phone, email, and fax to obtain required patient documentation
  • Proactively follow up on missing or incomplete information to ensure timely order progression
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clinic navigators, referral coordinators, and administrative staff
  • Build strong relationships with clinic teams and develop an understanding of their workflows to improve communication and responsiveness
  • Review incoming documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements
  • Track and manage patient orders from initiation through completion, coordinating with reimbursement, operations, and clinical support teams to resolve issues
  • Use Salesforce or a similar CRM to document interactions, track order progress, and maintain accurate, timely records
  • Monitor dashboards and reports to prioritize outreach, follow-ups, and outstanding documentation needs
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and Associate Sales Representatives to support regional efforts and provide account updates
  • Assist in onboarding new clinics and guiding staff through patient documentation requirements
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to order processing and the clinic experience
  • Share recurring trends, barriers, and opportunities with sales and operations teams
  • Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA requirements and company policies for handling protected health information

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, sales support, customer service, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and handling protected health information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and following through on outstanding tasks
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across sales and operations teams
