At Boingo Wireless, we don’t just adapt to the future of connectivity—we create it. For over 25 years, we’ve been pioneering first after first, simplifying complex wireless challenges to seamlessly connect people, business, and things.

Now, we’re scaling our Enterprise Solutions division, and we’re going big. We’re seeking an ambitious, high-performing Sales Manager with deep expertise in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Systems (ERRCS) to hunter-drive new revenue in commercial real estate, healthcare, and hospitality verticals.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and know how to close multi-million-dollar DAS (or other telecom) network deals, this is your launchpad.

We’re hiring one Sales Manager in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, or Arizona.

Why You Want This Role

  • Uncapped Impact: You’ll be spearheading our expansion in high-demand enterprise sectors backed by Boingo’s industry-leading technology, brand, and resources.
  • Pure Closing Focus: This is a high-visibility Individual Contributor role. You will focus 100% of your energy on hunting, building pipeline, and closing major accounts with the support of first rate marketing, sales engineering, and sales ops.
  • Complex Solutions, Big Wins: Sell Enterprise DAS, ERRCS, and private wireless network architectures.
  • Collaborative Support: Partner directly with world-class RF Engineers, Project Managers, and legal experts who help you structure, design, and land transformational contracts.
  • Flexible Work Culture: Operate remotely from Southern California or Arizona while traveling to meet clients, walk venues, and close deals in the field.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Revenue: Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close high-value DAS and ERRCS deals to consistently exceed your sales targets across assigned territories.
  • Execute Strategic Playbooks: Build and execute tailored, consultative go-to-market strategies targeting key decision-makers in real estate development, healthcare, and hospitality.
  • Lead Complex Deal Structures: Structure and negotiate complex, technical commercial contracts.
  • Manage the Lifecycle: Own account relationships through deployment, collaborating closely with RF Engineering and Deployment teams to deliver seamless customer success and maximize lifetime account value.
  • Maintain Pipeline Hygiene: Use CRM systems effectively to manage forecasting, account planning, dynamic lead flows, and market opportunities.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven DAS Experience: 5–7 years of enterprise B2B solution-selling experience, with a heavy emphasis on DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), ERRCS, and Small Cells.
  • Vertical Network & Relationships: An active network and deep commercial relationships within Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Healthcare, and/or Hospitality, across SoCal and Arizona.
  • Deal-Closing Track Record: A documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding complex, multi-million-dollar B2B sales quotas.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles alongside internal Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Grit and Adaptability: A proactive, self-starter mindset engineered for Boingo’s fast-moving, competitive culture.
  • Field Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings, venue surveys, and industry events.
