Your Day-to-Day
- Speak with German customers (in German) who already need us (warm leads only).
- Build trust, upsell smartly, and close with confidence.
- Manage your pipeline like it’s your own business.
- Collaborate with your manager to keep levelling up.
- Share insights that help shape our growth.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Hunt for leads.
- Sit in endless admin loops.
- Waste energy on “busy work.”
We’re Looking For
- Sales experience with a track record of smashing targets.
- You bring enthusiasm, resilience, and the hunger to succeed.
- You’re a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly.
- You’ve got a positive mindset and don’t give up when things get tricky.
- You pay attention to detail and learn fast.
- You thrive in a buzzing, supportive sales team.
- You speak and write English and German fluently.
