- Close sales efficiently, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to the first payment.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to pricing and discounting to maximize deal value.
- Utilize value selling techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of our AI Agents to SMB owners.
- Demonstrate strong call control and follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual closing targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-velocity B2B sales with a track record of closing deals.
- Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
- Strong understanding of value selling and call control techniques.
- Experience selling products with a price range of $300–$650+ MRR.
- Relentless follow-up capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Ability to adapt to various client needs and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
