The role is primarily oriented toward instructional design, content development, and learner experience. Working with Sales Operations, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners, the Specialist creates clear, engaging, and scalable learning experiences that support employee success. These solutions help employees confidently adopt and apply Sales Operations systems, capabilities, and business processes, improving adoption, knowledge retention, and performance.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong instructional design and content-development capabilities, and the ability to independently own work from concept through delivery. AI, automation, and emerging technologies are expected to be integral to how the role develops content, improves workflows, and increases operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver learner-centered training programs, learning journeys, and enablement content that make Sales Operations systems and processes easier to understand, adopt, and apply, while improving capability and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to convert learning objectives, concepts, and complex information into practical, scalable learning solutions and high-quality content.
  • Use AI, automation, learner feedback, and performance insights throughout the work to accelerate content development, personalize and scale learning, streamline processes, and continuously improve effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, enablement, training, content development, or related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, learner experience design, and learning measurement.
  • Experience designing and developing instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated ownership and outcomes orientation, with the initiative, resourcefulness, and judgment to operate as a self-starter, solve problems proactively, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong collaboration, organization, project management, and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholder inputs.
  • Strong writing, editing, visual storytelling, presentation, and content-development skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems and processes for different learner audiences.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and enthusiasm for using AI, automation, and emerging technologies as core working tools to research, design, create, personalize, scale, and maintain learning content; improve workflows; and increase operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or a comparable commercial function.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms, content authoring tools, and sales technology environments.
  • Experience using AI-enabled content creation, workflow automation, and productivity tools in day-to-day work.
  • Experience evaluating learning effectiveness through learner feedback, adoption indicators, and performance data.
