What You'll Do
Build Relationships
- Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach — using AI tools to help identify and research the right targets faster.
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges.
- Identify opportunities where Dempsey can improve a customer's image, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Grow the Business
- Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
- Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement for designated accounts.
- Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals.
- Stay Organized
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within Salesforce.
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Achieve monthly activity, meeting, and revenue goals while continually developing your skills.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (recent grads welcome!)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills—confident and clear over phone, video, and in person
- Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Highly coachable with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance (local travel required)
