About Archy

Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is outdated.

Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.

Job Description

Archy is hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead and scale our onsite SDR team coming to Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing our outbound sales motion, shaping a high-performing distributed team culture, and driving predictable top-of-funnel growth for our cloud-based dental practice management platform.

We are looking for an experienced SDR Manager with a proven track record of coaching reps across all performance tiers—helping high performers reach new milestones while providing the structured guidance needed to elevate underperforming team members. Working with an established SDR framework in an early-stage SaaS startup, you will hire, train, coach, and mentor a distributed team of remote SDRs. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Executive teams to refine messaging, optimize outbound cadences, and continuously improve our existing prospecting workflows.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Remote Coaching: Lead, mentor, and develop a nationwide team of remote SDRs through structured 1:1s, virtual call listens, roleplays, and actionable feedback. Drive team accountability through tailored coaching—supporting top reps to maximize their potential while providing clear, structured guidance to help underperforming reps improve.
  • Process & Playbook Optimization: Take ownership of our existing SDR profile, playbooks, and cadences—continuously refining and improving outreach strategies to increase conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Outbound Strategy & Pipeline Generation: Own the team’s overall pipeline targets, guiding daily execution across phone calls, multi-touch email cadences, and marketing campaign follow-ups.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner directly with Marketing and Sales Executives to align on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), campaign follow-ups, messaging, lead routing, and feedback loops.
  • AI & Tech Stack Execution: Leverage AI tools, modern CRMs (HubSpot), and sales engagement platforms to optimize prospecting workflows, refine messaging, and increase daily productivity.
  • Performance Tracking & Forecasting: Establish, monitor, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly activity and demo-booked KPIs. Forecast team pipeline contribution and analyze team metrics to identify operational improvements.
  • Remote Culture & Collaboration: Foster a high-energy, accountable, and connected team culture across a distributed environment, leading by example and hosting daily virtual huddles and power-dials.

Job Requirements

  • Managerial Experience: 2+ years of direct experience managing a team of SDRs/BDRs in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Coaching & People Development: Demonstrated ability to coach reps across the spectrum—scaling high performers as well as executing structured coaching plans to uplift struggling team members.
  • SaaS Requirement: Mandatory background in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, software pipeline generation, and modern tech stacks.
  • Process Improvement: Proven track record of taking existing sales frameworks and playbooks and optimizing them for higher output and efficiency.
  • Location & Work Setup: Based in our new Dallas, Texas office with your team of SDRs
  • Tech & AI Savvy: Highly proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), sales engagement tools, remote collaboration software, and actively leveraging AI tools in daily workflows to drive speed and output.
  • Adaptable & Startup-Ready: Strong work ethic with a growth mindset—thriving in an early-stage startup environment and eager to continuously iterate on existing processes.
  • Domain Experience (Preferred): Prior experience selling into dental practices or healthcare environments is strongly preferred (though not required).

What We Offer

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, plus Spring Health and One Medical access.
  • Competitive Compensation: Base pay and equity, 401(k) with company match, and performance-based incentives (bonus or commission eligibility by role).
  • Flexibility & Remote Support: Full remote-friendly culture, home office stipend, and flexible time off to rest and recharge (policies vary by role).
  • Team Connection: Annual all-company offsites to collaborate and connect in person.
