About the role

Factor is the leader in AI-integrated law, helping corporate legal departments transform how complex legal work gets done.

We combine legal expertise, process discipline, technology, and business integration to help clients deliver complex transactional work at scale. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies across financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, and other highly regulated industries.

About the Role

AI is already a board-level priority for legal teams but most are still working out how to turn ambition into real operational change. Factor’s built a suite of AI Enablement offerings to support this need. It’s the fastest-growing segment of our business and on target to double in 2026.

We’re hiring high-potential Sales Associates to join the first pods building this market..

This is a role for someone who wants a faster learning curve than a traditional entry-level sales path. You’ll learn consultative enterprise selling in a high-growth AI category, gain fluency in modern GTM motions, and develop expertise in Factor’s AI Enablement offerings, including our award-winning Sensemaker Academy.

Responsibilties

  • Support a modern, high-velocity GTM motion through outbound campaigns, event follow-up, conference preparation, stakeholder mapping, and marketing-led demand conversion
  • Help identify and develop opportunities with legal, legal operations, procurement, transformation, and business stakeholders
  • Build mastery of Factor’s AI Enablement content, offerings, and sales narratives, including Sensemaker Academy
  • Participate in client conversations and learn how to connect AI Enablement to legal workflow challenges
  • Partner with your Sales Lead to move opportunities through qualification, proposal, and close
  • Share market and buyer insights that help improve messaging, packaging, and sales strategy
  • Progress from supporting opportunities to owning parts of the sales process and, over time, your own deals

Criteria

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, client service, consulting, business development, account management, research, or another commercial role
  • Strong communication skills, high motivation, resilience, and comfort engaging with new people
  • Intellectual horsepower, strong judgment, and the ability to learn complex topics quickly
  • Curiosity about business problems, AI, legal transformation, and emerging technology
  • Comfort with modern sales tools, outbound motions, CRM discipline, and tech-enabled ways of working
  • Exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, consulting, expert networks, legal services, sales technology, or professional services is helpful but not required
