About the role
We are considering candidates throughout the US and Mexico. This role requires travel. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to help build enduring brands and shape the charcuterie category in the Mexican/South American market. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new business, and ensuring top-level service across foodservice and retail sectors.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct and execute quarterly business reviews.
- Onboard new retailers and distributors.
- Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, and trade show follow-up.
- Manage wholesale inquiries and sales leads through the website.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction history.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales reports and performance metrics.
- Create customer presentations using existing templates and reporting tools.
- Provide product knowledge and samples to clients.
- Manage calendar, record sales calls and meetings.
- Submit timely travel and expense reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows.
- Manage brokers: set goals, lead training courses, conduct reviews, and address underperformance.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish

Education and Experience
- Degree in Culinary Arts, Business, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales or food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Working Conditions
- Standard office environment when not traveling.
- Use of a laptop and mobile phone for communication and reporting.
- Regular use of CRM and sales tracking software.
- Occasional high-pressure situations to meet sales targets or resolve client issues.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance.
