About the role

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organisations work and outpace their competition.

As the RevOps Manager, you will partner with the VP of Revenue Growth and their organisation - owning forecasting, planning, analytics and process. You'll work closely with the global Revenue Operations team, Sales Ops, and Analytics to ensure everything you build is consistent, scalable and aligned with company-wide standards.

You'll be the source of truth for how the organisation is performing: building the models, dashboards and narratives that power forecast calls, planning cycles, business reviews and leadership updates, and surfacing the trends and opportunities that help drive revenue growth. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and building process where none exists yet.

About The Role

  • Strategic RevOps Partnership: Act as the trusted business partner to the VP and their leadership team (global renewals org, global XDR, and top of funnel initiatives), supporting day-to-day operations and GTM initiatives, and driving data-informed decisions.
  • Planning: Partner on target setting, capacity planning, TAM analysis, and market research, aligned with market opportunity and sales strategy.
  • Leadership Reporting & Operating Rhythm: Own dashboards, QBRs, business reviews and executive-ready materials, translating complex data into clear recommendations and business cases.
  • Process & Systems Improvement: Design and optimise processes for efficiency and scalability, and prioritise and implement enabling technologies that raise productivity across the organisation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong analytical expertise, including experience building integrated models from scratch
  • AI Native - experience with agentic plays, and tooling such as cursor, n8n etc.
  • Hands-on tool experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker/Tableau; SQL an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting data to senior management and turning complex trends into clear, actionable insights
  • Practical business sense and the ability to translate strategic concepts into operational implications
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and drive execution across teams without direct authority
  • Self-motivated and bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity in a newly created role

What monday.com can offer you

  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall
  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide
  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should share in our success
  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we
  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more
