At Renewal by Andersen of Alaska, our Proxy Agents are the front line of our growth. You’ll represent a nationally trusted brand, engage homeowners face-to-face, and earn commission for every qualified appointment you set. There’s no cap on commission, so your income grows with your performance.
What You’ll Do
- Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
- Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products
- Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
- Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques
- Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools
- Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
Compensation & Earning Potential
- $19/hour base pay to start
- Performance-based commission (uncapped)
- $78K target total compensation for productive agents
- Top performers earn $100K–$120K+ annually
- Weekly pay and clear performance expectations
This is a merit-based role: the more consistent and productive you are, the more you earn.
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
- Comfortable talking to new people and working outdoors
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
- Able to handle rejection and stay positive
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
No previous sales experience required—we train the right people.
