This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel and hospitality industry. No prior experience is required. Training and support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with exploring hotel options, vacation packages, and resort stays
- Provide guidance based on client preferences, travel goals, and budget considerations
- Support the booking and confirmation process for accommodations and travel services
- Communicate clearly regarding reservation details, availability, and travel requirements
- Review travel information for accuracy, including dates and guest details
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
Qualifications
