Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding night shift opportunity where your experience and clinical judgment are truly valued? The Village at Rockville is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Shift RN to join our nursing team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, resident-centered care while helping create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment throughout the night.

Pay Range: $40.00–$55.00/hour (Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background).
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to residents during the night shift
- Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
- Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and clinical concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Support and guide nursing assistants and other team members as appropriate
- Help ensure a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment throughout the night
What We’re Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Ability to work effectively and independently during the night shift while collaborating with the broader care team
- Commitment to providing exceptional care with dignity and respect
- Ability to read and speak English
