BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Blairsville Assistive Care State Programs office as a Nurse Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to build on your clinical experience, develop your leadership skills, and make a difference in the lives of clients receiving care at home.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and support caregivers in delivering exceptional client care.
- Visit clients in their homes to conduct nursing assessments and evaluate their needs.
- Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
- Supervise and support Home Health Aide (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding.
- Conduct competency assessments and provide ongoing guidance to new and experienced staff.
What You’ll Bring
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least two years of nursing experience.
- Supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to quality care and the professional development of others.
