We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we have grown into the world’s largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand, with a presence in over 20 markets and more than 35 Emma stores across Europe.

Our mission is simple: to develop sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day. Today, our products are trusted by millions and recommended by leading consumer associations worldwide.

It’s our people who bring this mission to life. At Emma, you’ll join a driven, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing. With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.

Ready to awaken your best with us?

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Regional Stores Manager to support and optimize store operations across France. In this role, you will be accountable for executing retail strategy on the ground, driving performance and profitability, ensuring operational excellence, guiding Store Managers and developing high-performing store teams. You will work closely with central functions to bring consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement to our store network.

What you'll do

  • P&L ownership of the stores within scope, conducting profitability analysis in order to continuously improve performance
  • Monitor and optimize retail performance through clear KPIs and performance review cycles, analyzing trends and using data to guide discussions, priorities, and decision-making
  • Lead regional harmonization of best practices in retail operations and propose commercial initiatives to enhance sales
  • Support new store openings, ramp-ups, and stabilization phases from an operational and leadership perspective
  • Be accountable for performance and coordination with outsourcing agencies and the Recruitment function to ensure staffing needs are met
  • Shape and manage high-performing teams across your region, including recruitment, coaching, evaluation, and people development
  • Ensure consistent product and operational training across all stores in your scope, identifying training needs and coordinating with the central team on workshops and development plans
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints, driving customer satisfaction

Who we're looking for

  • You have experience in multi-store retail operations or regional retail roles, ideally as an Area or Regional Manager
  • You’re hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable in a scaling environment
  • You have strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide business decisions
  • You show the ability to manage performance through direct and indirect influence across teams
  • You are comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders across operations, finance, HR, and marketing
  • You are open to travel frequently to support stores and execution across your region
  • You’re fluent in French and English

What we offer

  • 25 vacation days
  • Discounts on our products
  • Health insurance, including dental
  • A multicultural and international work environment
  • Pet-friendly office environment
  • Company events that are actually enjoyable and build meaningful connections

Become an Emmie

We are on a mission to become No.1 in the world of sleep, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious people to help us shape what’s next. If you’re curious, hands-on, and ready to challenge the status quo, you’ll find the space here to make things happen and create real impact.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace. We celebrate diversity and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.

Our aim is to get back to you within a few days. Due to the high volume of applications, there may be slight delays, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
