About the role

Recruiter

Specialty Dental Brands | Nashville, TN

We’re looking for a Recruiter who enjoys building relationships, connecting people with meaningful opportunities, and helping dental teams grow!

At Specialty Dental Brands, you’ll help our practices find the people who make exceptional patient care possible—from dental hygienists and assistants to the administrative teams who keep our offices running smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll guide candidates through the hiring process with warmth, clear communication, and a personal touch.

If you enjoy a busy, collaborative environment and love helping someone find their next great opportunity, we’d love to connect!

Location: The Nations, Nashville, TN | Hybrid

Enjoy a hybrid schedule with two days per week in our office in The Nations neighborhood of Nashville and the remaining days working remotely.

What You’ll Do

  • Find and connect with candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for clinical and administrative roles across our dental practices.
  • Get to know candidates through initial screenings, learning about their experience, interests, and career goals.
  • Manage the recruiting process for assigned roles, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed along the way.
  • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and operational leaders to prioritize openings and develop recruiting strategies that meet each practice’s needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and help teams move thoughtfully and efficiently toward hiring decisions.
  • Create welcoming job postings and recruitment campaigns that help candidates see what makes each opportunity special.
  • Represent SDB at dental job fairs and networking events as needed.
  • Keep candidate information accurate and current in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track and share recruiting metrics, including time to fill, sourcing results, and pipeline progress.

How You’ll Collaborate

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand each practice’s needs, team dynamics, and required skills. You’ll also partner with internal teams to support licensure, certification, and compliance requirements while helping us meet our staffing goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in dental or healthcare.
  • Experience recruiting for dental or multisite healthcare organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and an approachable style that helps candidates and colleagues feel comfortable.
  • The organization and attention to detail needed to manage several openings at once.
  • Experience using sourcing tools, job boards, professional networks, and an ATS. Familiarity with DentalPost, DentalJobs, and LinkedIn is helpful.
  • Comfort tracking recruiting activity and using results to guide your approach.
  • A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for supporting great patient care by building strong teams.
  • Knowledge of dental licensure, certifications, and industry trends is a plus.

What We Offer

We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive health benefits, professional development opportunities, and a culture that supports work-life balance.

We’d love to learn more about you and what you’re looking for in your next opportunity. Apply today to connect with our team!
