About the role

Who we are

At Namaa, we build and operate tech-enabled urban infrastructure that gives consumers fast, reliable access to meals, groceries, and everyday essentials.

Traditional retail models, built around brick-and-mortar locations, often struggle to compete in today’s digital-first landscape. Challenges such as cost efficiency per square foot, logistics-optimized locations, and seamless technology integration have made it clear that a new approach is needed.

We believe the future of foodservice and commerce lies in purpose-built infrastructure designed for speed, accuracy, and scalability. That’s why Namaa was established—to power the next generation of digital food and quick commerce ecosystems across the Middle East.

Our ecosystem is driven by a portfolio of specialized business units, including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties, each playing a key role in enabling brands to grow and thive in an increasingly on-demand world.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Dubai team. You’ll own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across a diverse range of corporate and commercial roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver strong candidates efficiently.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across junior to mid-level positions, from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Manage a high volume of vacancies simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise and maintain momentum across multiple hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate profiles, and provide market insights.
  • Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, ensuring strong technical and cultural alignment.
  • Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure a strong candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage.
  • Lead offer discussions, manage expectations, negotiate within approved compensation frameworks, and successfully close candidates.
  • Recruit across a variety of corporate and commercial functions, including sales and construction roles.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and pipeline updates to ensure clear visibility on hiring progress.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately before transitioning successful candidates to the onboarding process.
  • Support the wider recruitment team with sourcing and hiring projects as required.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of proven end-to-end recruitment experience, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of vacancies simultaneously, ideally 15+ active roles at one time.
  • Experience recruiting across corporate functions and sales/commercial positions.
  • Strong direct sourcing and candidate pipeline-building experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is needed.
  • Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience recruiting within the construction industry is a plus.

Why join us

  • Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast! In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
  • Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
  • Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer’s success.

What else you need to know

This role is based in our Dubai office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
