The Right Fit Has

  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate functions.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment with evolving priorities and ambitious hiring goals.
  • Demonstrates ownership, resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language capabilities such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese are an advantage.

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivers strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions and markets.
  • Consistently achieves hiring targets while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
