About the role

About Network Right

Network Right is on a mission to create a human-centric, innovative, next-generation world of IT. We are disrupting the IT service industry by offering custom solutions to each individual client. At Network Right, we’re bridging the gap between IT and People by offering unique support based on the needs of growing businesses, and making employee lives easier through technology.

About the Role

As our Contract Recruiter, you will be embedded directly alongside our Co-Founders and IT leaders. One day you are hunting for a Projects Engineer who can implement a critical system, the next you are managing interview loops for high-priority corporate roles.

This role starts with a strong foundation in high-volume sourcing and execution: managing a fast-moving candidate pipeline, keeping data immaculate in Ashby, and delivering consistent, high-touch communication across multiple open requisitions simultaneously. This is a high-output environment and the right person thrives in it.

To keep pace with our leadership, you will deploy cutting-edge outbound strategies and leverage advanced tooling like Juicebox, Indeed, and AI sourcing agents. This environment is great for people who can adapt quickly, context-switch without losing quality, and operate with a high degree of autonomy to hit hiring goals.

  • Role Type: 6-month Fixed Term W2 Contract, supporting maternity leave
  • Compensation: $50/hr
  • Start: ASAP, early November
  • Location: San Francisco
  • Onsite: This position requires you to be onsite 4 days a week at HQ
  • Sponsorship: Network Right is not currently able to provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, focusing on IT/Technical tracks and G&A (Finance, Marketing, Operations).
  • Executive Partnership: Partner directly with Co-Founders and IT leaders to define role requirements, align on hiring strategies, and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Advanced Sourcing: Build robust passive candidate pipelines utilizing traditional and next-generation platforms like Juicebox.
  • AI & Automation: Design and execute modern outbound strategies, including building and leveraging AI agents to scale outreach and optimization.
  • ATS Management: Maintain immaculate data integrity and candidate tracking within Ashby.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, empathetic, and professional experience for every candidate from first contact to offer.

What We Look For

The Must-Haves

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an MSP, fast-paced startup ecosystem, or a dedicated IT/Tech environment.
  • Proven experience hiring senior IT and Corporate roles and collaborating directly with executive leadership, founders, or senior technical leaders.
  • Direct, hands-on experience using Ashby, alongside proficiency in Juicebox, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience building or deploying automated outbound sourcing agents and modern tooling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for high-level cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to easily shift focus between highly technical IT roles and diverse corporate roles.
