Nova 401(k) Associates is looking for Quality Assurance Managers. This position is designed exclusively to provide work product quality review without a client base.

Job Responsibilities
- Review work product prepared by team members, including annual trust accounting, ADP/ACP testing, 401(a)4 testing, 410(b) testing, 5500 form, contribution calculations, and safe harbor compliance
- Review work product for other departments as necessary
- Participate in process improvement, standards development, and client service projects as time permits
- Provide feedback and training on work product to junior staff members
- Interpret plan documents/notices
- Keep current with new regulations and legislation; maintain an awareness of proposed regulations and legislation
- Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study
Qualifications
- 7 or more years of current experience in non-discrimination testing
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations
- ASPPA credentials, QKA, QPA, or CPC required
- 4 year college degree preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task
- High level of critical thinking
- Coachable and committed to professional development
- Knowledge of Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, and ASC is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary $100,000 - $120,000
- Salaried, non-exempt

Work Location/Hours
- Work from home
- Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer
- Approximately 1-2 times per year travel to home office, company training, or industry events. No international travel.
- We will supply all necessary computer equipment.
- Work hours: 37.5 hours per week. You may choose a start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am.
