Join us as a QA and Test Manager and help strengthen software quality across a subdomain. You’ll coach teams in practical, risk-based testing, help coordinate work across team boundaries, and provide hands-on support when needed. Act as a trusted partner who helps them make informed decisions and grow their testing capabilities.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• Help teams connect testing priorities to business and technical risks, choose suitable test levels, and challenge requirements and acceptance criteria early.
• Coach teams in creating clear, realistic test plans that account for scope, risks, responsibilities, dependencies, environments, test data, capacity, and completion criteria.
• Review test plans and coverage constructively, helping teams identify important gaps and dependencies early.
• Facilitate integration and end-to-end testing across teams, clarify responsibilities, coordinate shared test sessions, and follow up on blockers.
• Support testing coordination and documentation, including consolidating status while avoiding duplicate reporting.
• Build testing capability through workshops, pairing, test reviews, and practical examples for developers, testers, and product colleagues.
• Help teams apply test design techniques, exploratory testing, automation, and appropriate component, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing approaches.
• Contribute hands-on to test analysis, design, execution, defect investigation, and retesting when expertise or temporary capacity is needed.
• Help teams learn from test results, defects, production issues, and feedback, and support root-cause analysis and follow-through on improvements.
• Communicate testing evidence, coverage gaps, and remaining risks to support release decisions.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• Practical experience designing and executing tests, investigating failures, and following defects through resolution.
• Ability to connect testing strategy and coverage to business impact, technical risk, and delivery constraints.
• Experience helping teams plan and coordinate testing across dependencies, environments, and capacity constraints.
• A constructive coaching style and the ability to explain testing methods clearly to people in different roles.
• Familiarity with test design techniques, exploratory testing, and test automation.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data, and CI/CD sufficient to guide testing decisions and collaborate with engineers.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to make testing progress, evidence, and risks understandable.
• A collaborative mindset and an interest in helping teams become more effective and independent in their testing.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and keeping testing knowledge current.
