About the role

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company!

As a Publisher Sales Manager for the Japan Market on the Growth Publishers team in our Bangkok office, you'll play a key role in driving new business for our Japan market. You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end - from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing - and onboard a high volume of new publisher partners (websites and online media companies) for the Taboola network.

To thrive in this role, you'll need

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of structuring, negotiating and closing deals (not limited to digital advertising, media or SaaS industries)
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle independently- from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiation and signing
  • Self-motivation and the ability to build and manage a robust pipeline
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with numbers, metrics and revenue projections, and able to translate data into clear business value for clients
  • The ability to launch a high volume of accounts within a short sales cycle
  • Fast learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and articulate value propositions
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions
  • A team player mindset, able to learn, adapt and build relationships
  • Tech-savvy, with the will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Native Japanese and proficient English

How you'll make an impact

As a Publisher Sales Manager for Japan Market, you'll bring value by:

  • Owning the full sales cycle: from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing deals
  • Identifying and engaging new publisher partners (online media companies and websites across the open web), building and growing outbound relationships
  • Meeting with prospects and closing long-term partnerships, working closely with leadership when needed
  • Building strong relationships and understanding partners' business models to craft tailored monetization strategies
  • Developing detailed, data-driven proposals using projection models (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Presenting solutions in a clear and compelling way, both in-person and via video calls
  • Performing real-time "media math" during conversations to provide accurate revenue estimates and move deals forward
  • Collaborating with Operations to structure integrations and ensure fast, efficient partner launches
  • Partnering with Account Management to guarantee successful onboarding, retention and long-term growth
