  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Complete structured learning and development activities as part of the Cadet Program.

About You

You are motivated, curious, and eager to build a successful career in project management and leadership. You enjoy working collaboratively, are adaptable to change, and are ready to challenge yourself in a fast-paced environment.

As a recent graduate or early-career professional, you are looking for an opportunity to learn from experienced mentors, gain practical experience, and develop the skills required to become a future leader within our organisation.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
