About the role

Project Fulfilment Manager, EMEA

Supply Chain AI Infrastructure

The Role

We are looking for a Project Fulfilment Manager to lead end-to-end material fulfilment for critical AI infrastructure projects in EMEA, from final Bill of Materials validation through to goods delivery at site. You will provide the structure, analysis and cross-functional leadership needed to keep complex hardware programmes on track in a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end material fulfilment for assigned projects, from approved BoM through to goods delivery and handover support.
  • Set and maintain the fulfilment operating rhythm: validate BoMs, quantities, specifications, delivery locations and required dates; ensure complete requisition and PO-readiness information.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Project Management, Engineering, Global Sourcing, Finance, Legal, PO and ERP teams, suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Build clear visibility of order acknowledgements, allocation, manufacturing dates, shipment milestones, delivery commitments and exceptions across the portfolio.
  • Use operational data to challenge assumptions, identify emerging risks and dependencies, and lead mitigation and escalation plans before project timelines are affected.
  • Drive stronger fulfilment controls, reporting and process improvements as Nscale scales its AI infrastructure deployments.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, project fulfilment, order management, logistics or material delivery within a complex operational environment.
  • A strong track record leading complex, multi-workstream hardware or infrastructure fulfilment programmes, including BoMs, supplier coordination, PO readiness and delivery execution.
  • Exceptional analytical capability: able to connect data from BoMs, POs, supplier commitments, lead times, inventory, shipments and delivery plans to form a clear view of risk and recommend action.
  • Confidence using Excel, ERP and project-tracking systems, with experience in BI, dashboards, data visualisation or reporting tools strongly preferred. The focus is on sound analysis and decision-making, not spreadsheet administration.
  • Senior-level stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions, challenge constructively and align teams across competing priorities.
  • High ownership, sound judgement and meticulous attention to detail; comfortable operating independently in a complex, fast-paced and evolving environment. Data centre, AI infrastructure, telecom or hardware experience is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting cross-border or multi-site fulfilment and international logistics.
  • Exposure to data centre, AI infrastructure, GPU, networking or large-scale hardware deployments in a high-growth business.
