  • Help grow Atwell's presence in one of the West's fastest-growing development markets.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 4+ years of civil land development experience.
  • Experience with site development design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Preferred

  • Experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.
  • Familiarity with Reno, Sparks, Washoe County, or Northern Nevada permitting processes.
  • Strong project management and client relationship skills.

Why Atwell?

  • Work on projects that directly influence the growth and development of Northern Nevada.
  • Gain visibility and ownership typically reserved for more senior engineers at larger firms.
  • Collaborate with some of the region's most active developers and stakeholders.
  • Join a culture that values entrepreneurial thinking, technical excellence, and career advancement.

If you're a licensed PE who wants to lead impactful land development projects and leave a lasting mark on the Reno region, we'd love to connect.
