  • Manage construction interfaces and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and project specifications

About You

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

  • Experience working for a principal contractor
  • Experience in bulk earthworks, underground services/utilities or construction logistics
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning and project controls
  • Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site-based teams
  • Sound knowledge of contract administration and cost control
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality and environmental outcomes
  • Willingness to transition to a Sunshine Coast site-based role around April/May 2027

Why BMD?

  • Opportunity to deliver a major Sunshine Coast infrastructure project
  • Be involved from early planning and mobilisation through to construction
  • Strong pipeline of future work and career development opportunities
  • Family-oriented culture that values its people
  • Supportive and collaborative project environment
