About the Role

As a Program Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering at Securiti AI, you will support complex DataAI Security deployments across large, hybrid enterprise environments. Partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers, you will coordinate delivery activities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment from deployment through adoption. You will provide the operating structure that allows FDEs to focus on technical ownership, solution architecture, integration, automation, and last-mile delivery, while translating technical progress into clear business-facing updates for customers, executives, and internal teams to support timely decisions and durable customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Support end-to-end delivery of complex FDE-led data governance, privacy, and DataAI Security projects, aligning scope, milestones, adoption goals, and customer outcomes
  • Enforce project management controls to proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are escalated or resolved promptly, and leadership is kept informed through clear communication
  • Utilize project management tools, including available ai tools to improve automation and to track progress, report on milestones and project status, flag and highlight project related risks, issues, dependencies
  • Coordinate customer stakeholder engagement across technical, business, privacy, legal, and executive audiences to confirm decision owners, unblock dependencies, align expectations, and maintain momentum through complex deployment phases
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of Securiti AI solutions, deployment methodology, common data governance and privacy use cases, and FDE delivery patterns to support planning, communication, risk management, and adoption
  • Translate technical concepts into clear business language to support project deliverables and timelines

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in technical project management, delivery management, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing product ownership roles
  • Individuals who excel in a high paced environment working with cross-functional teams on multiple customer engagements often concurrently
  • Familiarity with data security, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT deployments strongly preferred
  • Technical understanding of system architectures, APIs, and cloud environments to hold meaningful trade-off discussions with engineers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical projects with clear ownership, structure, escalation discipline, and customer-facing accountability
  • Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, both in written and verbal formats, with the ability to influence and drive consensus towards goals and outcomes
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira, PSA tools)
  • Understanding and experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude)

Bonus Skills

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Background in working with projects centered on DSPM, CSPM, DLP, data governance, or privacy platforms #LI-AA3

What you'll get

  • Unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays including 4 global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares
  • Paid parental leave: 8 weeks for all parents, 16 weeks for birthing parents
