Overview

Hypori is a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company transforming secure mobility. Our virtual workspace platform gives users access to enterprise apps and data from any mobile device, with zero data on the endpoint and total personal privacy. Backed by $55M from investors including UBS, AE Industrial Partners, Hale Capital Partners, and GreatPoint Ventures, we are expanding into new commercial and regulated markets.

Hypori is looking for a strategic, delivery-focused Program Manager, Federal Programs to join our Customer Success team. You will own a portfolio of Hypori’s most important Department of War customer relationships, directing critical system implementations and serving as the primary point of contact for delivery and technical stakeholders from implementation through adoption, while the Strategic Account Director manages the commercial and executive relationship. You will report to the Senior Director of Customer Operations and Delivery.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. Your work directly determines whether Hypori’s largest and most consequential deployments succeed and become operationalized inside the customer environment. Our technology is real and differentiated, solving a problem that legacy MDM and container approaches have not, and more than 95,000 Department of War users are on the platform today. You will be the customer’s voice inside Hypori, shaping the Hypori experience from inside the program, with direct partnership across executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the definition, planning, execution, and monitoring of a portfolio of strategic programs and projects across the Department of War
  • Provide weekly, and sometimes daily, program and project management throughout the program lifecycle, monitoring progress against milestones
  • Align Federal Programs personnel across customer engagements and internal projects
  • Identify and manage program risks and issues, and define corrective actions to avoid or minimize disruption to implementation
  • Design program playbooks that standardize repeatable implementation processes across similar customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery and technical stakeholders implementing Hypori in complex government environments
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders on programmatic and technical topics, including product capabilities, implementation requirements (RMF, network, authentication), and enterprise-wide rollouts to end users
  • Develop Statements of Work, government proposals, and procurement documents, including implementation scope, deployment requirements, and technical specifications, in support of opportunities led by the Strategic Account Director
  • Monitor product adoption and usage health across the portfolio, and proactively engage internal teams and customers to course-correct accounts at risk of low adoption or non-renewal
  • Build and run the monthly and quarterly rhythm of business for federal customers, including performance impact reviews, strategy sessions, and status reviews
  • Establish delivery metrics and build reports and dashboards that show customer success, project execution, program health, and progress against KPIs
  • Partner with Marketing and customer representatives on communications that support deployment milestones, feature adoption, and program status
  • Represent Hypori’s product and customer implementations at trade shows, conferences, and working groups

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of Department of War program management experience across complex, multi-program enterprise organizations, including managing dependencies across a large portfolio of strategic customers
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
  • Active Department of War Secret clearance (Tier 3 investigation), with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance (Tier 5 investigation)
  • S. citizenship (required)
  • Proficiency with software delivery methodologies and portfolio management for SaaS, on-premises, or hybrid deployments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and a Customer Success platform (e.g., Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZero or Totango
  • Extensive experience with complex U.S. federal government or public sector compliance requirements
  • Experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to deliver on technical requirements
  • A proven record of defining and maintaining a consistent, traceable decision-making process across diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including briefing senior leaders (GO, SES, and C-suite)
  • Location: Washington, DC metro area, Virginia, Southern Colorado, with travel up to 25%

Who You Are

  • Customer obsession: You treat the customer’s mission as your own and act as their voice inside Hypori
  • Ownership: You direct programs end to end and are accountable for the outcome, not just the activity
  • Intellectual honesty: You tell leadership the truth about program health, risk, and where things actually stand
  • Cross-functional partnership: You build credibility and influence across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and the field
  • Change agency: You have a passion for transformation and the discipline to make it stick
  • Trusted advisor: You build trust and confidence quickly with senior leaders and customer decision makers
  • Forward-thinking: You turn disparate information into clear recommendations, actions, and decisions, fast
  • Self-motivated: You operate confidently at a senior level in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Attributes

  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Experience with mobile, BYOD, VDI, or zero trust deployments
  • Familiarity with federal security requirements such as IL5, FedRAMP, and the ATO process
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Military service or Department of War civilian experience
